摘要:供水是城市经济和社会发展的需要,是城市规划、建设管理的需要,是人民生
活、消防等的需要。供水管网是城市供水系统的主要组成部分,是城市赖以生存和发展的
“血脉”,担负着把自来水输送至千家万户的重任,其安全、稳定运行至关重要。每个供
水企业都有城市“血脉”维护管理的职能部门,专门负责确保城市“血脉”的安全运行。
笔者在蚌埠中环水务有限公司管线所工作多年,现结合工作实际,仅就如何确保供水管网
安全运行所采取的措施与同行共同探讨。
Abstract:Water is the city's economic and social development, urban planning,
construction management needs, is people's lives, fire and other needs. Urban water
work is a ponent of the system, the city's survival and
development of the "blood", charged with the task of water delivered to millions
of households, and its safe and stable operation is essential. Each pany
has a city "blood" of maintenance management functions, specifically responsible

我国是个缺水的国家,随着国民经济不断发展,城市用水不断增加,将有限的水资源
利用好非常重要。城市供水管网运行是否安全稳定,直接影响社会经济发展和人民群众的
生活。当发生供水管道爆管后,加压的自来水将产生巨大的冲刷力,造成市政道路损坏,
还会危及车辆和人员的安全。同时,大量的自来水喷涌而出,
