[Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the influence of hot and humid conditions on the content of vitamin C in Vitamin C Yinqiao tablets. Methods Vitamin C Yinqiao tablets had been placed in conditions of room temperature, dry and hot , hot and humid for 18 months, then the content of vitamin C was determined and its stability was studied. Conclusion The results showed that vitamin C in Vitamin C Yinqiao tablets had the fastest degradation in hot and humid conditions.

维C银翘片是由维生素C、对乙酰氨基酚、金银花、连翘等组成 的中药复方制剂,具有辛凉解表、清热解毒等成效,用于流行性感冒 引起的发热、头痛、咳嗽、口干、 C具有增强机体
、干热以及湿热 条件下放置18个月,测定维生素C的含量,旨在考察不同环境对维 C银翘片的稳定性,为维C银翘片在改良包装、运输及贮存条件等提 供参考依据.
1材料
-250A型生化培养箱〔广东〕;BP-211D型〔万分之一〕 电子天平〔德国〕.
浓硫酸〔分析纯〕、碘〔分析纯〕、重蒸馆水潍C银 翘片样品〔国药控股深圳中药,批号 0*****、0*****、0*****〕; 包装材料：口服固体药用塑料瓶.
2实验方法与结果
根据〈〈中国药典>二部附录XIX C药物制剂稳定性 ,置于生化培 养箱中,在常温〔25 C 士 2 C ;RH 65行 5%汁热〔40 C 士 2 C ;RH 20%5%〕
