国内范围，成都市对外综合运输网主要包括航空网、铁路网、公路网和水路网组成。按各网络特点和成都市实际情况，提出构建东、南、西、北四个方向的综合运输网，其中：
向北到达北京实现航空2小时交通圈，公路22小时交通圈，铁路12小时交通圈；
向南到达广州实现航空2小时交通圈，公路22小时交通圈，铁路12小时交通圈；
向西到达拉萨实现航空2小时交通圈，公路22小时交通圈，铁路12小时交通圈；
向东到达上海实现航空2小时交通圈，公路22小时交通圈，铁路12小时交通圈，水运65小时交通圈（图10-2）。
