In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people ’s living standards, labor costs proportion of the processing work cost is increasing, people ’s demand for food quality is getting higher and higher. And as lotus seeds of different sizes and shapes, automation of the removing the lotus seed core process has been the greatest problem of restricting lotus industry ’s development all the time in China. C urrently the way to remove the core by hand exists low efficiency, instability of product quality and the security risks of operation and other issues. Therefore, the opening to the machine of removing the core with excellent performance and handling equipment is required for the situation.
