二、人力资源计划
根据公司发展规划和人力资源工作要求，人力资源部将紧紧围绕公司整体工作指导思想和发展计划，结合公司实际情况，为全面完成公司下达的各项任务，特制定本计划。
（一）总定员及各类人员需要量
本公司起步阶段需要人员 15位，其中1位为专职老师，2位为行政人员兼会计人员（在校学生），10位在校学生兼职人员，（其中五位为课程辅导，五位为晚自****辅导）。
劳动力来源
下岗的会计人员或下岗后经继续教育获得会计从业资格且从事会计工作一年以上者。

在读且想打兼职的大学生
已经有教育方面经验的工作者
薪酬方面
鉴于本公司目前情况，所以工资如下：
专职老师：2000元/月
学生兼职：8元/小时
