稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗
老年缺血性心律失常的疗效观察

摘要目的探析稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗老年缺血性心律失常的疗效。方法入选我院及外院 2011 年 2
月—2014 年 2 月收治的老年缺血性心律失常患者 100 例,根据入院先后顺序分为两组各 50 例,对照组采用西医基础治
疗加用美托洛尔,观察组在此基础上联合稳心颗粒治疗,1 个月后,观察并比较两组的临床疗效,心电图及动态心电图改
变。结果观察组临床症状有效率 96. 0% 48 /50 显著高于对照组 82. 0% 41 /50 ,动态心电图有效率 88. 0% 44 /50 也
显著高于对照组 72. 0% 36 /50 ,差异均具有统计学意义均 P < 0. 05 两组患者治疗前后心电图均大体一致。结论
稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗老年缺血性心律失常疗效确切,可全面改善临床症状和动态心电图。
