Abstract: through understood to student's investigation that studies the angle which from the university student the life growth needs to analyze the reason which the university student net addiction produces, thought that the university student relies on the network to satisfy the life excessively to need to be related, must solve the net addiction problem, the school, the society, the family three aspects while studies the life for the university student to satisfy the creation health good environment, but should also embark the solution wrong idea from the student thought basic question, guides the university student to set up the correct surfer idea and the surfer custom.

随着人类步入信息社会的脚步,许多大学校园里互联网的发展和普及已经到了一个相当高的程度,网络在现代教育教学中的作用日益突出。然而,在互联网给我们带来便利的同时,越来越多的大学生却在网络世界中迷失了自我。网络成瘾问题已经成为一种不容忽视的社会心理顽疾,许多网瘾在读学生出现荒废学业,心理扭曲的情况,对我国高等教育的良性发展和年轻一代的健康成长造成了严重危害。因此,如何预防和戒除网瘾、化解网络带来的负面效应,已成为我们所必须面对的一个重要的课题。
