社区秋季灭鼠工作总结(二)
为创造整洁、优美、健康的市容市貌，为建设健康江北，进一步推动本辖区四害防治工作，按照区爱卫办《二O一O年秋季统一灭鼠活动的通知》精神，华新街街道在本地区开展了XX年秋季灭鼠活动，现将此项工作总结如下：
一、领导重视，措施明确
开展秋季灭鼠活动是关系人民群众的根本利益，因此，街道领导高度重视，召开本地区社区及单位会议，布置此项工作。要求各单位多渠道筹措灭鼠经费，制定灭鼠方案，并明确责任，把此项工作落实到人，确保了灭鼠工作顺利开展。
二、广泛宣传，提高群防能力
在活动中，我们充分利用各种宣传媒体，组织开展多种形式的科学灭鼠和防治宣传工作，如出宣传专栏，散发宣传资料等，广泛宣传秋季灭鼠活动中鼠药投放时间、安全知识、中毒救治措施以及防病知识，科学灭鼠方法等，提高了群众灭鼠防治工作的能力。
三、统一行动，全民动手
在活动中，我们牢固树立以人为本，生命至上，安全第一的思想，统一使用江北区区爱卫办规定使用的溴敌隆慢性灭鼠毒饵，并实行专人管理，专柜销售，加强社区鼠药供给网点的经营管理和销售工作。统一灭鼠活动投药时间：XX年10月8日至10月15日，要求各单位按统一时间安排，并强调要求在学校、幼儿园、医院等公共场所、公共区域投放灭鼠毒饵必须设置统一的黄色警示标志，确保群众安全。此次活动共投鼠药200公斤(纳入市场化作业除外)。
