摘要
论文简单地阐述了中旭文化网管理信息系统的开发背景、设计目标以及业务流程,针对该系统进行的需求分析、功能的描述、数据库的设计,详细地描述了整个系统的设计思路及其开发过程。全文按照软件开发的生命周期,分为可行性研究、需求分析、总体设计、详细设计等阶段, Server 2000数据库技术、应用数据流图、E-R图、数据库表等工具清晰的展示了设计过程。
本系统是基于B/S的三层架构体系进行设计,采用二级用户管理,有着良好的安全性。系统的设计目标是方便企业进行客户管理、员工管理以及企业实现电子商务的过程。用户通过使用本系统可以为企业有效的对员工、客户进行管理并提高产品销售额与市场灵敏度,提升企业市场竞争力。
本文所实现的管理信息系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、安全的要求出发,完成企业管理的主要过程。该系统试运行良好,可提供科学可靠的管理功能,能实现用户管理、角色管理、客户管理、员工管理、产品管理、订单管理等功能,能够准确记载和查阅有关企业日常经营活动的大量数据,帮助企业管理者掌握和分析经营情况,及时做出正确决策,基本达到了预期目标。

ABSTRACT
The article simply elaborated the enterprise information system development background, design goal and business process, according to the needs of system analysis, functional description, database design, detailed description of the whole system design and development process. According to the full life cycle of software development, feasibility study, requirement analysis, system design, detailed design phase, using ASP. development platform and SQL Server 2000 database technology, the application of data flow diagram, the e-r chart, database table tools such as clear demonstrates design process.
This system is based on B/S structure system of design, 2 user management, has a good level of security. The system's design goal is convenient for the customer management, employees’ management, and the process of merce. Users by using this system can effectively for enterprises to manage employees, customers and improve product sales and market sensitivity, and promote enterprise'petitive in the market.
The realization of the management information system in line with simple operation, friendly interface, flexible, and safety requirements, pletion of the main process management.
