摘要
我国中小变压器厂作为中小企业的一部分,在解决就业、刺激消费需求等方面
起着举足轻重的作用。近年来,我国中小变压器厂在技术创新方面遇到一些困难,
解决这些问题对提高它们的竞争力具有重要意义。本文一方面分析了中小变压器厂
的竞争优势及其技术创新的现状;另一方面针对中小变压器厂技术创新的实际情
况,从企业角度讨论了技术创新战略的制定和选择、技术创新的风险控制以及技术
创新组织模式的选择等相关内容;最后运用层次分析法(AM 的思路提出了中小
变压器厂技术创新战略的选择方法。本文试图通过以上内容,为中小变压器厂的技
术创新提供决策依据,推动中小变压器厂竞争能力的提高和全面发展。

ABSTRACT
As a p a rto ft heC hina'sm edium ands mallc ompanies,th em edium ands mall
panies take great roles in solving employment problem and
enriching the consuming capacity. In recently years, our medium and small
panies have some troubles in dealing with the technological
innovation. Finding the solution of these troubles, it's very good to improving the
competition ability of our medium and panies. Firstly, this paper talks
about petitive advantages and panies' situation of the technique
innovation. Next, this paper tries to talk about the method of technological
innovation management from the angle of panies. Finally, with the method
of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this paper tries to give a choosing-model
about the technological innovation stratagem to the medium and small transformer
companies. Wish this paper can be helpful in promoting panies'
competitive capability and then making panies e stronger and
stronger.

第一章引言
1. 1概述
变压器是一种通过改变电压而传输交流电能的静止感应电器。它有一个共用的
铁心及和其交链的几个绕组,且它们之间的空间位置不变。当某一个绕组从电源接
受交流电能时,通过电感生磁、磁感生电的电磁感应原理改变电压(电流),在其
余绕组上以同一频率、不同电压传输出交流电能。
变压器分为电力变压器和特种变压器。电力变压器又分为油浸式和干式两种。
目前,油浸式变压器用作升压变压器、降压变压器、联络变压器和配电变压器,干
式变压器只在部分配电变压器中采用。
本论文所述的中小变压器厂如无特殊说明都是指我国国内的中小变压器厂,它
们属于中小型企业的一部分。目前国际上关于中小企业的划分并没有统一的标准。
关于究竟什么样的企业可以称之为中小企业,一直没有一个通用或公认的界定。多
数国家在统计上采用定量的方式予以确认,只有少数几个国家采用定量和定性的方
式。
我国对于中小企业的界定,在《中小企业促进法》作了如下说明:“本法所称中
小企业,是指在中华人民共和国境内依法设立的有利于满足社会需要,增加就业,
符合国家产业政策,生产经营规模属于中小型的各种所有制和各种形式的企业。中
