　　【摘 要】近年来，在我国各项利好政策推动下，在稳固国内现有市场的前提下，我国食品加工行业的发展已经向全球大步迈进。现以A企业为研究对象，综合分析财务流程现状及存在问题，以业财一体化、提升财务工作效率为目标，设计其销售流程、采购流程和生产加工流程的再造方案，给出相应的保障建议。
