本文将阐述企业文化建设内容,结合龙唐化工企业具体情况,从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化及精神文化方面对企业文化进行诊断、分析;并根据诊断结果对企业如何根据自身情况建立、完善企业文化进行策划、实施、结果跟踪。对企业文化建设方式、方法及企业文化建设对企业的影响进行验证。

ABSTRACT
Enterprise Culture mean all the staff issues on value, consciousness,thinking method, conduct regulation etc during the enterprise growing. It’s very difficult to make a perfect performance for enterprise if there’s no advanced enterprise culture, many famous enterprises make a characteristic culture , the enterprise culture is very necessary during its
operation and development. That result in the difference from other enterprise, and give the enterprise a obvious character, That’s the best and most important power for petitor
This article will give a detail explanation about the culture establishment, we’ll review and analyze a chemical factory from four factors that make of the enterprise culture, there’re substance culture, conduct culture, regulation culture, and sprit culture. Then we make a enterprise establishment plan, implement it. According to the chemical factory culture status, we follow this result, and we try to verify the culture establishment method and how the culture affect the enterprise development. :
