there are many factors that can contribute t should start from the easy things. it will greatly encourage us if we do these things well. at last we should make progress step by step by dealing with problems which are much harder to be done well.
first step:believe you yourself. saying is much easier than doing. but we have no choice. we must believe ourselves. if we don’t think we can deal with something well, then we are determined to fail before we setting up to do it. we should tell us that even we can’t doit very well, but at least we can make some changes. the most important part is to remind ourselves that we can make some differences.
