文档介绍：病毒载量检测在艾滋病诊断中的应用作者:刘红露, 赖文红,袁丹,魏东兵,梁姝,余佳,周更生,秦光明作者单位:中国第四轮全球基金艾滋病项目( 项目编号: CHN-405-G05-H ) 610041 四川成都, 四川省疾病预防控制中心( Δ通讯作者) 【摘要】目的研究病毒载量检测在辅助蛋白印迹( WB )实验结果为“ HIV-1 抗体不确定”样本诊断中的应用,以完善艾滋病确证实验。方法对我省 2003 年至今部分 HI V 抗体确认实验为不确定样本进行病毒载量检测,对部分检测对象进行随访观察,分析 WB 结果为不确定者是否感染 HIV 。结果 23 个不确定样本通过病毒载量检测有 20 人最终确认为 HIV 感染或艾滋病病人,3 人未感染 HIV , 为非特异性抗体交叉反应。结论对 WB 实验结果为 HIV 抗体不确定样本,可通过病毒载量检测来辅助确诊是否感染 HIV ,并通过流行病学调查及临床表现等辅助诊断手段发现出现不确定结果的原因, 为及时提供检测后咨询和免费抗病毒治疗以及母婴阻断等措施提供实验依据。【关键词】病毒载量; HIV ;不确定;诊断 The application of virus load test in the diagnosis of AIDS LIU Hong-lu, LAI Wen-hong, YUAN Dan, et Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Chengdu 610041,China 【 Abstract 】 Objective To study the application of virus load test in the diagnosis of AIDS for the unconfirmed samples in western blot (WB). Methods Some of unconfirmed samples in WB from 2003 in Sichuan were selected.
