Itisaimportant tool oncollecting and recording residents ’health information . The t hesis easily introduce dthe related knowledge and technology involved inthe system and indetail introduces the "health records information management website" the whole process ofproject development, including requirements analysis, overall design, module partition, and the content ofthe implementation process, etc,finally described the operation ofthe various functional modules and surface picture .This website isaB/S structure, the core part ofthe system ’sfunction is focus edonthe server, which simplify the development, maintenance and use ofthe system. Using the myeclipse piler, tomcat and MySQL make upthe server side, using the MVC development mode. This website can beoperated well ,understood easily and has alow cost life ofcycle .
