Abstract: In order to improve the flexibility and application scope of the communication system and reduce its
construction cost, a full-duplex radio-over-fiber system based on polarization multiplexing and carrier suppression
technology is proposed, which simultaneously outputs multi-band signals. Under the condition of a single light
source, by flexibly controlling the angle of the polarizer, three channels of downlink vector signal transmission in
different frequency bands are realized, and at the same time, the carrier reuse and coherent detection technology are
used to realize the uplink
