五河县领导认为，他们制定的拆迁补偿标准是比较高的，住户平均每平方米达到510元。而众多拆迁户却认为县里的补偿标准很低，因为这一区域是五河县城的黄金地段，由于房屋差距较大，拆迁户们拿到的补偿高的在10万元以上，低的只有几千元。
