mental group (febuxostat tablet treatment) according to the odd and even number of admiting, with 27 cases in each group. The levels of serum uric
acid (SUA), serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), urinary albumin creatinine ratio and other renal function indexes and the incidence
of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant differenc-
es in the levels of SUA, SCr, BUN and the ratio of urinary albumin creatinine between the two groups. After treatment, the levels of SUA, SCr, BUN
and the ratio of urinary albumin creatinine in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜). The incidence of ad-
verse reactions in the experimental group was %, which was significantly lower than % in the control group, and the difference was statisti-
cally significant (P＜). Conclusion Febuxostat tablet is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia,
which is beneficial to regulate the serum uric acid level of patients, promote the recovery of related renal function indexes, reduce adverse reactions.
It has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
