for+ 时间段 ，since+过去时间，since+过去时态句子
当句子的时间状语含有how long,since和for时，谓语动词必须用延续性动词。

非延续性动词又叫短暂性动词----不能和一段时间连用
延续性动词----可以和一段时间连用
