于菁菁 胡雪 [摘要] 目的 探討补肺养阴汤辅助治疗耐多药肺结核的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。 方法 选择2017年1~12月在医院诊断治疗的耐多药肺结核患者60例为研究对象,随机分an that of the control group after 3 months and 6 months of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis can significantly improve the immune function of patients, improve clinical efficacy, and improve the negative conversion ratio of sputum tuberculosis. 1882年发现结核病以来,迄今因结核病死亡人数已达2亿。结核病是我国重点控制的肿大疾病之一,也是全球关注的公共卫生问题和社會问题,是全球重点控制传染病[1]。抗结核药物的研发与应用使该病在全球范围内获得了有效的控制,但是近年来越来越多的耐多药结核杆菌出现,给治疗造成困难。中医学将肺结核归于“肺痨”、“痨瘵”等,与先天不足,后天嗜欲,忧思劳倦有关,久病体衰时,正气亏耗,为内因,外受“痨虫”所染,邪乘虚而入,而致发病[2]。可见中医认为机体免疫功能下降在疾病的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。中医针对“肺痨”的重视辨证治疗,近年来也有报道中西医结合治疗肺结核,并且取得了较好的效果。我们采用中西医结合治疗耐多药肺结核,探讨其临床疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1 一般资料
选择2017年1~12月在医院诊断治疗的耐多药肺结核患者60例为研究对象。纳入标准[3]:18~60周岁,肺结核诊断明确,符合耐多药肺结核诊断,至少对异烟肼、利福平同时耐药,近2个月未应用免疫抑制剂治疗,对本次研究知情同意。排除标准[3]:合并风湿、类风湿等影响免疫功能疾病,HIV阳性,合并恶性肿瘤,合并肝肾功能不全,合并其他免疫系统疾病,对所用药物过敏。随机分为两组,观察组30例,对照组30例。两组一般资料比较差异不显著(P>)。见表1。本研究经医院医学伦理委员会同意。
治疗方法
对照组采用西医治疗,利福布汀(四川明欣药业,H20070296, g×20 s)~ g,对氨基水杨酸异烟肼(重庆华邦制药,H50022019, g)10~20 mg/kg,乙***丁醇(沈阳红旗制药,H21022349, g×100 s)~1.
