乙方向甲方每位预定婚宴的客人提供花车布置现金券，由甲方拟定派发方式。
6．由甲方提供有关婚宴的资料，由乙方推荐并促成客人到甲方预定相关宴会服务，可按宴会涉及金额的3%给予乙方提成（月结），为示公平公正，甲方应向乙方提供签约合同备份；
7．由乙方推荐甲方承接的宴会服务，则由乙方派专员策划和落实，甲方收取乙方的进场费100元，乙方在所成交的金额1万元以下按10%给于甲方提成；1万元以上按15％提成，为示公平公正，乙方应向甲方提供签约合同备份；
8．具体的业务操作流程，按另行规定的《双方对帐流程》、《结算流程》、《日常工作流程》执行。
五、责任和义务：
双方应秉持维护双方利益为前提，实现利益最大化为目标；
甲方作为乙方唯一指定宴会服务供应商，须以甲方利益为重，竭力维护甲方声誉，对服务质量进行监督；
双方应保证结算金额的准确、完整、合法，并对涉及金额的真实性、准确性、有效性负全部责任。由于一方提供的数据不正确造成的损失和违约责任，均由其承担；
乙方将在甲方指定的场所，放置乙方的宣传单张，以供客人取阅；
为便于项目的实施，由甲方免费提供一场所给予乙方存放会场布置物品，并保证物品的专属专用；
7、乙方有义务为甲方宴会服务人员作简单宴会布置培训，甲方在实际操作时有义务为乙方提供技术及人力支持；
