试论中小型企业文化建设中的问题及对策
摘要:优秀的企业文化建设,是企业生存和发展的原动力,我国很多中小型企业的领导者都已经意识到企业文化对企业发展的重要作用,很多企业通过努力加强企业文化建设,,也出现了不许多不容忽视的问题,中小型企业文化建设中存在的问题是我国中小企业在文化建设中有很多脱离了人本位原则,不够人性化;搞形式主义,脱离了企业文化建设的初衷;还有就是一味的模仿成功企业的文化建设,没有体现自身的企业特点等。本文正对这些问题提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: building excellent enterprise culture, is the driving force for the survival and development of enterprises, many of China's small and medium enterprises leaders have been aware of the important role of enterprise culture on enterprise development, many enterprises through the efforts to strengthen the building of enterprise culture, and achieved remarkable results. But in the enterprise culture construction process, also appeared not many problems can not be ignored, the existence of cultural construction in the small and medium-sized enterprise in question is small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have many from the humanism principle in cultural construction, lack of humanization; formalism, out of the building of enterprise culture intention; there is blindly imitate the ess of the enterprise culture construction, did not reflect the enterprise the characteristics of its own. This paper on these issues the corresponding countermeasures.
