摘要:建筑电气工程,对于一个建设工程的使用功能、竣工后运行的安全可靠程度、投资效益的体现等,都有着举足轻重的地位。对于一项建筑电气工程而言,从开工到竣工,施工现场管理自始至终都起着至关重要的作用,施工现场管理的好坏直接影响工程项目的质量、进度、安全乃至经济效益,尤其是施工中的关键问题,电气工程管理人员必须做到心中有数。本文结合多年工作实践经验,对如何加强建筑电气工程施工管理进行了探讨,提出了要做好电气施工前期的准备,加强电气施工阶段的管理,并进行设备调试,保证使用功能。以此保证建筑电气工程质量。本文旨在和同行业工作者加强技术和经验交流,促进行业发展。
