水电站大坝工程灌浆接缝施工技术探析
摘要:高压灌浆技术及接缝技术是水电站大坝工程施工中两项最常用的基础技术,在使用过程中,水电站大坝的坝体受到水力冲击,其结构很容易产生裂缝情况,影响了水电站的使用功能,给水电站造成了潜在的安全隐患。为及时处理并解决这类问题,须据此进行合理的接缝分区,采取合适的灌区结构布置方式以及有效的灌浆接缝施工措施。本文针对水电站大坝工程,概括了灌浆接缝施工的原理,分析了灌浆接缝的工艺流程及其施工特点,简述了接缝分区及灌浆制浆站布置,初步探析了灌浆接缝施工技术的要点。

Abstract: high pressure grouting technology and joint technology is hydropower station dam during the construction of the two monly used basic technology, in use process, hydropower dam dam hydraulic shock, its structure is very easy to produce cracks, influence the use function of the hydropower station, the hydropower station, due to the potential safety hazard. For timely processing and solve this kind of problem, should be on the basis of reasonable joint partition, take appropriate irrigation area structure arrangement, and effective joint grouting construction measures. Of the hydropower station dam, this paper summarized the principle of joint grouting construction, analyzes the technological process and construction characteristics of grouted joint, joint partitions are briefly discussed and grouting pulping station layout, preliminary analysis of the main points of joint grouting construction technology.
