提高建筑工程的施工质量策略分析
摘要:提高工程质量,是众多的建筑施工企业不懈的追求目标,也是扩大建筑市场占有率,提高企业信誉的根本途径,工程质量问题,始终是市场竞争的焦点,如何提高工程项目实体质量,这是摆在所有施工企业面前的重要课题。要想保证工程质量,我们必须先得弄清楚工程质量的影响因素,影响工程质量的因素主要有人员、机械、材料、方法。本文分析了产生这些不良因素的原因,并对此制定出对策方案,积极解决这些不良的因素,以便加快施工速度、减少资金上的浪费,大大提高工程的施工质量。

Abstract: To improve the engineering quality, construction enterprise is the unremitting pursuit of the goal, is the expansion of the building market share, the fundamental way to improve the credibility of the enterprise, engineering quality problems, is always the focus of the petition, how to improve the quality of the project entity, which is an important subject in front of all construction enterprises. In order to ensure the engineering quality, we must first clarify the factors influencing the engineering quality; factors influencing the engineering quality are mainly personnel, machinery, material, method. This paper analyzes the causes of these adverse factors, and this work out solutions, actively solve these adverse factors, to speed up construction, reduce the waste of funds, and improve the construction quality of the project.
