新时期工程管理创新办法措施探讨
摘要:近几年来,随着国民经济的高速发展以及人民生活的普遍提高,城市建设规模急剧增大,我国建筑业进入了快速发展的、机遇与挑战并存的时期,对建筑工程管理水平有了更高的要求。建筑工程的施工管理水平,,只有不断地创新,才能适应时代的发展,跟上现代建筑工程的脚步。本文在此从工程管理的制约因素出发,提出了几点加强工程管理创新的办法措施。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy and the general improvement in people's life, city construction scale increases rapidly, China's construction industry has entered a rapid development, opportunities and challenges of the times, have higher requirements to the level of construction project management. Building engineering construction management, directly affects the speed and quality of engineering. In construction management, only continuous innovation, to adapt to the development of the times, keep up with the pace of modern construction engineering. This article from the restricting factors of project management puts forward some strengthening project management innovation measures.

前言:建筑行业作为我国国民经济的重要支柱产业,关系到整个社会经济的发展,以及人们生活水平的提高。然而我国建筑行业的发展时间并不是很长,很多建筑企业的经验和管理都存在很大的问题。这在一定程度上阻碍了建筑企业的发展,使得建筑企业的经营效益低下。因此,我国建筑企业要不断的提高管理经营能力,做好建设工程的管理工作,抓好关键点,提高经营水平。
一、建筑工程管理的制约因素
目前,与国外相比,我国建筑行业管理工作发展速度缓慢,部分地区甚至出现了“停滞”发展的状态。究其原因,主要是有以下几个因素制约着我的提高:
其一,我国建筑工程管理工作发展缓慢,究其根本原因,在于我国建筑工程管理人员主观意识存在问题:排斥先进、科学的管理理论与方法。
