摘要:随着地下工程施工技术的日新月异,朝着异型超宽超深的方向发展已成为地下基坑工程施工的必然趋势。由于城市施工受场地条件等限制,基坑周边环境非常复杂,稍有不慎会导致基坑边坡变形,变形过大会造成周边建筑物结构破坏,影响其正常使用;变形严重时甚至会造成塌方。因此,施工中确保基坑开挖和紧临基坑建筑物的安全是深基坑施工的重中之重。本文结合津湾广场站工程施工实例,较为详细的阐述了异型超宽深基坑周边房屋保护技术。
