营造滨河景观提升城市品质
摘要:随着以人为本价值的回归,也伴随着城市经济发展、环境改善的要求,滨水地区再次成为城市的重要区域,承担着城市的重要功能。经过精心设计的滨水景观,不仅可以大大改善城市面貌,也可带来生态、环境、经济等效益。本文以新疆伊宁市区伊犁河两岸滨水景观带规划设计方案为例,探讨了城市滨河景观营造对于一个城市的景观价值的提升所具有的巨大作用。

Abstract along with the return of people-oriented value, also with the city economic development, environmental improvement, waterfront area once again e the important areas of the city, is playing an important role in the city. After the waterfront landscape design, not only can greatly improve the appearance of the city, also can bring ecological, environmental, economic and other benefits. In this paper, taking Xinjiang city of Yining Yili River riparian landscape planning and design as an example, discusses the role of for a city landscape to enhance the value of the city waterfront landscape construction.

在城市形成和发展中,河流作为重要的资源和环境载体,关系到城市生存,制约着城市发展,是影响城市风格和美化城市环境的重要因素。凡是国际上著名的城市,总有一条著名的河流与之相随相伴。在欧州有伦敦与泰晤士河,巴黎与塞纳河,维也纳与多瑙河;在我国有北京城与永定河,上海与黄浦江,广州与珠江。在这些名城与河流之间,酿造了多少美丽、繁华、文明和诗意。如何合理保护和利用城市河流及其滨河带的自然景观资源,实现城市自然景观的可持续利用,为今后的城市发展打下良好的基础成为城市河流景观设计中应首先解决的问题。本文以新疆伊宁市区伊犁河滨河区域的景观规划设计方案为例,论述通过近水透绿实现城市建设与生态环境相互协调,处理好滨水地区开发与防洪工程建设的关系,营造伊犁河谷滨水城市景观风貌,为河谷人民呈现一条“自然生态之河、活力繁荣之河、多元文化之河”,充分展示伊宁市历史文化、多元民族融合、现代文明融为一体的综合形象。
1规划区域概况
伊犁素有“塞
