房建工程施工管理的探讨
摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对房屋建设的要求也越来越高。房建工程施工质量是工程施工的基础,也是施工管理应重点注意的问题。在房建工程施工中,应重点对施工准备阶段、工程施工阶段、工程验收阶段的施工质量管理,才能保证房建工程顺利施工,保证工程施工质量。本文从房建工程施工质量的问题出发,分析了房建工程施工管理的对策,以供参考。

Abstract: with the rapid development of China's economy, demand of people to housing construction is also more and more high. Building engineering construction quality is the foundation of engineering construction, and construction management should be the focus of attention of the problem. Construction engineering construction in the room, should focus on the construction preparation stage, construction stage and acceptance stage, engineering construction quality management, to ensure the smooth construction of housing construction, to ensure the construction quality. This thesis proceeds from the housing project construction quality problems, analysis of the real solutions of the construction management of construction, for reference.

一、房建工程施工管理概述
现代房建工程结构复杂、规模较大,在施工管理方面还存在着很多的问题。因此,房建工程的健康发展,不仅需要综合运用各种技术手段,还应该加强施工管理和控制,保证工程施工质量,加强施工安全管理。目前,房建工程施工管理的问题主要有以下几个方面:
(一)管理目标不明确
从房建工程施工管理的情况来看,管理目标并不明确,可分为以下几个方面:施工进度控制、施工成本管理、施工质量管理等。在施工过程中,这三项施工管理目标是相互影响的,如果其中一项出现问题,会影响整个房建工程管理目标的实现。我国房建工程施工管理侧重于工程造价和工程质量,管理目标比较单一,影响了工程施工的工期,也增加了工程成本。
