高层建筑沉降观测方法的分析研究
摘要:高层建筑沉降观测已经成为当前我国建筑施工技术中的一项重要操作,通过对高层建筑沉降进行检测可以对不均匀沉降及时进行控制,提高高层建筑结构的稳定性,减少高层建筑施工中的经济损失,提高建筑效果。高层建筑沉降观测方法有许多,主要是在施工观测中运用数据对建筑沉降进行模型分析,实现对建筑的科学施工指导,为安全施工提供有力保障。

Abstract: The settlement observation of high-rise buildings has e an important operating current of construction technology in China, detection can be controlled in time to the uneven settlement through the settlement of the high-rise building, improve the stability of high-rise building structure, reduce the construction of high-rise building economic loss, improve the building effect. There are many high-rise building subsidence observation methods, mainly in the construction of observations using model analysis data of the settlement of building, realize the scientific guidance for construction of building, and provide a powerful guarantee for the safety of construction.

1 前言
随着我的提高,高层建筑设计施工技术不断进行改善,我国高层建筑逐渐增多。在高层建筑检测的过程中,对建筑物沉降进行观测已经成为建筑施工的关键。在高层建筑过程中,通过对建筑物沉降进行施工观测控制,合理指导施工进行信息收集、反馈对我国建筑设计发展具有非常好的促进作用,有效提高了建筑主体结构的安全性。本文就高层建筑沉降的观测方法进行研究,确保提高沉降检测效果。现结果如下。
2 沉降检测国家规范要求
根据国家沉降检测规范要求,在进行工业建筑、民用建筑、构筑物、建筑构地、基础地基等建设过程中,要对其相关形变进行测量。在工程设计的过程中,要对上述建筑形变测量进行统筹安排,从施工开始阶段进行形变测量。当前建筑的形变测量主要包括两层概念。第一进行水平位移测量,第二进行垂直位移测量。高层建筑沉降测量为建筑形变测量中的垂直位移测量。在进行测量的过程中,相关人
