论工程项目建设质量管理控制
摘要:项目质量控制主要是监督项目的实施结果,将项目的结果与事先制定的质量标准进行比较,找出其存在的差距,并分析形成这一差距的原因,质量控制同样贯穿于项目实施的全过程。项目的结果包括产品结果以及管理结果。质量控制通常是由质量控制部门或类似的质量组织单元实施,质量控制主要表现为施工组织和施工现场的质量控制,控制的内容包括工艺质量控制和产品质量控制。影响质量控制的因素主要有“人、材料、机械、方法、社会与环境和管理”等六大方面。因此,对这六方面因素严格控制,是保证工程质量的关键因素。

Abstract: the project quality control is the main results of the implementation of project supervision, project results and prior to the development of the quality standard parison, finds out the existing gap, and the analysis of the causes of this gap, the same quality control throughout the whole process of project implementation. Project results including the product and the management of the results. Quality control is usually implemented by the quality control department or similar anization unit, quality control of main site for the anization and construction quality control, quality control include process control and product quality control. The main factors affecting the quality control "people, material, machine, method, society and environment and the management" six aspects. Therefore, strict control of these six factors, is the key factor to guarantee the project quality.
