浅论高层建筑施工控制要点
摘要:随着我国社会经济的不断发展,建筑科学技术也得到了长足的进步和发展,在一些经济较为发达的城市,人口和土地之间的矛盾开始逐渐激化,为了能够有效提高城市土地的利用率,高层建筑开始大量涌现,逐渐成为了城市的主体建筑,本文将结合作者的多年工作经验对高层建筑的相关施工要点进行阐述,期望能够提供相应的借鉴性意义。

Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the construction of science and technology has also been considerable progress and development, in some economically developed city, the contradiction between population and land began to gradually intensified, in order to improve the utilization of city land rate, high layer building began to emerge in a large amount, has gradually e a city. 前言
与低层建筑相比,高层建筑要投入更多资金,同时具有更长的施工周期,同时相应的混凝土浇筑体积也更大,这就对施工的质量水平以及施工的安全提出了更高的要求,本文将从高层建筑建设过程中如何有效保证工程的施工质量以及施工安全的相关控制要点进行探讨。

建筑强度指的是相应的混凝土强度,混凝土的强度会受到众多因素的影响,例如环境,气候条件以及沙石水分等,怎么才能够有效提高混凝土的强度是相关施工技术人员需要迫切解决的关键问题。

在工程开始进行施工之前,需要根据工程的相关设计需要进而配置具有不同强度的混凝土,混凝土配置之后要到相应的制定部门进行试验,当检验合格之后才能够用于混凝土浇筑,在进行试验过程中,需要尽量保证试验环境与施工环境相一致,这样才能配置出就要合理配合比的混凝土,同时还要在实验过程中对相应的原材料的含水量以及含泥量进行配合比的调整,进而能够提高实验配比的通用性。
