城市规划中的可持续发展探析
摘要:城市的发展已凝聚和产生了巨大的物质与财富,给人类社会带来了空前的繁荣。但由于人类对高速城市化缺乏足够的理论与技术准备,城市的管理者及规划师们在这种汹涌的城市化浪潮面前显得有些手足无措,导致城市发展出于一种无绪的状态。而将可持续发展的理念融入城市的规划中,是解决一系列城市问题的有效途径。本文首先分析了城市规划建设可持续发展的涵义,然后归纳了城市规划中存在的问题并提出了应遵循的原则,最后炒年糕五方面探讨了加强城市规划可持续发展的对策。

Abstract: the development of the city has been condensed and produced huge material and wealth, brought unprecedented prosperity to human society. But because of a lack of high-speed urbanization theory and technology, city managers and planners in the surging wave of urbanization in front seem unprepared, can lead to the development of city of a state of no mood. And the concept of sustainable development into the planning of the city, is the effective way to solve a series of urban problems. This paper first analyzes the meaning of sustainable development of urban planning and construction, and summarizes the problems existing in the urban planning and put forward should follow the principle of the Fried rice cakes five aspects discusses the strengthening the countermeasures for the sustainable development of urban planning.
