摘要:随着社会经济的快速发展,建筑工程施工建设也得到迅速的发展,与此同时,人们对建筑工程施工质量也提出了更高的要求。加强质量管理是保证施工质量的重要前提,对造成工程质量问题的几个最常见原因进行了分析,从而提出了相应的应对措施:加强全过程的质量管理监督,坚持质量控制的原则,规范建设行政主管部门行为,加强监理方的质量控制职能。通过强化管理提高建筑质量,使建筑业步入正轨。

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy, civil engineering construction has been rapid development, at the same time, people also put forward higher requirements on the quality of building construction. 建设事业是关系国计民生的千秋大业,搞建设功在当代,泽被子孙。建设工程质量,关系到国家和人民生命财产的安全,关系到社会的安定和人民的幸福,关系到人民群众的切身利益,关系到城市的品位和形象,确保工程质量是建设工作的永恒主题,是所有有关部门,建筑施工企业和职工的重大责任。党和国家历来十分重视工程质量,时时告诫我们要树立“百年大计、质量第一”的思想,作为主管建筑业工作的建设行政主管部门,更要高度重视、严格要求、严格制度、严格管理、严格
