浅谈高速公路建设对环境的影响及保护措施

[摘要]“要想富,先修路”,高速公路作为一种现代化的公路运输通道在当今社会经济中正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着社会的发展和进步,人们的环境意识不断加强,环境问题愈来愈引起了全社会的关注,并充分认识到工程建设过程中会遇到的许多环境问题。环境是人类生存和发展的基础,现在的人们对高速公路提出的要求,不再仅仅是把握安全、方便、快捷等方面,而且对景观、生态、环保的要求也越来越高。然而,不论是在建设阶段、还是在运营阶段,高速公路都会不可避免地对周围的自然生态产生直接或间接的影响,并带来一系列的环境污染问题。本文将从不同角度及实例分析对噪声污染、水资源污染、大气污染、水土流失、土地利用、生物多样性、自然景观及社会经济与心态等方面的环境影响进行分析并对环境的保护措施提出部分浅显的看法。
