连续梁桥预拱度设置研究
摘要:以某特大连续梁桥为工程背景,采用有限元软件对该桥进行了施工过程模拟计算,得出了施工过程的变形情况,在此基础上提出了各施工阶段及成桥阶段梁体的设置方法,并对影响预拱度设置的各因素进行了分析。结果表明,恒载、预应力及收缩徐变是影响施工预拱度的主要因素。桥梁合龙误差处于规范容许值之内,成桥后桥梁线形平顺,验证了预拱度计算与设置方法的准确性。本文方法及结论可为同类桥梁设计与施工提供参考。

Camber Setting of Continuous Girder Bridge

Abstract: Taking a super-span continuous girder bridge as background, the whole construction stages were calculated with finite element software, then the displacement of the structure were obtained. Based on the calculation results, the setting method of camber of both girder in was put forward, besides, factors which influencing the setting of camber were analyzed. Finally the conclusion can be got that the dead load, prestressing force, creep and shrinkage were the main factors. The closure elevation difference was within the allowance of criterion, what’s more, the bridge line was smooth when constructed, which ensured the accuracy of the calculation and setting method. Methods and conclusion in the article can provide useful reference for design and construction of the same kind.

连续梁桥是一种结构受力合理明确,连续梁桥行车舒适、受力合理、跨越能力较大、经济适用性好等优点。在连续梁桥的设计分析中,如何确保桥梁结构性能满足规范要求十分重要,空间分析可以比较精确的反映结构的真实受力状况,为桥梁设计定型提供依据。诸多大跨
