“三个代表”重要思想来武装自己，没有真正领会廉洁从政和各级领导关于作风建设的讲话精神，忽视了在思想、工作、生活、廉政等作风上的全面加强。工作上流于平庸，忙于应付日常事务，有被动工作的现象，缺少主动性和开拓性；淡忘了艰苦奋斗的优良传统，渐长了安逸享受、互相攀比的思想和自我意识；群众观念淡化，关心同志、关心群众、关心集体不够，缺乏批评和自我批评的勇气，好人主义、不得罪人的思想严重，没有起到一个共产党员的模范带头作用。
1、对学****的认识不足。对待学****缺乏自觉性、主动性，主要是认为自己已经在日常工作、生活接触过相关知识，认为学和不学一个样，再加上自己存在懒惰思想，不想过多的动脑子想事情、下力气记东西。认真反思，我觉得自己做的与要求还有较大的差距。学****的内容不是看看、记记就行的，更重要的是把它们的精神贯穿到实际生活和工作中，解决好自己在思想和工作上所遇到实际问题，同时，我感到自己的思想懒惰，政治敏锐性不强也是产生问题的主要原因。
