心得体会

公安机关是政府的一个职能部门，但又不同于一般行政机关；人民警察是国家公务人员，但又不同于政府其他部门的公务员。因此，对人民警察的素质和职业道德必须有更高更严的要求，这支队伍必须忠诚可靠、训练有素、精通业务、纪律严明、作风过硬，必须有过硬的本领和高尚的职业道德修养。
责任，是一个成熟的人对自己的内心和环境完全承当的能力和行为。正如马克思所说：“作为确定的人，现实的人，你就有规定，就有任务”，一名人民警察，他的责任无处不在，如果没有责任意识，就不会明白自己的职守，不会明确自己肩负的历史使命，也就做不好一名合格的人民警察。因此，我们必须知责任、明责任、负责任、尽责任。  
       敬业----明责之源泉
       敬业，是对良知的尊重，是神圣在工作中的体现，是在工作中流露的优秀品德和人格。敬业的人，会专心致志于本职工作，在工作中尽心尽力，尽职尽责，尽自己的义务，努力将工作做好。对警察而言，就是尽自己应尽的义务，表现出高度的责任心和对得起职业，对得起老百姓。
