电镀锌汽车板粗糙度影响因素分析及电镀工艺优化
摘要
电镀锌钢板广泛应用于汽车、家电、建筑等行业,特别是在汽车用材
中占有很重要的地位,主要用于汽车的车身覆盖件、车箱以及小型冲压
件。汽车产品特性和零件的生产工艺对汽车用镀锌钢板提出了耐蚀性、冲
压性、涂装性等多方面的要求。镀锌钢板表面质量的优劣将直接影响冲压
对润滑油的含浸能力以及车身的油漆质量和光泽度。随着汽车用户对车身
外观质量、油漆效果的要求越来越严格,对涂漆质量有较大影响的钢板表
面粗糙度也引起了高度重视。粗糙度是关于物体表面状态与形貌特征的描
述参量。各汽车厂都对表面粗糙度有着明确而具体的要求,因而粗糙度是
汽车板特别是电镀锌汽车板生产中最重要的控制指标之一。
本课题将运用工业工程有关理论和方法,通过比较、分析国内外不同
厂家生产的电镀锌汽车板形貌差异,确定了研究方向。通过设计一系列正
交试验对电镀锌工艺影响带钢表面粗糙度的关键因素进行研究,找到其规
律。并通过分析结晶形态与基板形貌、电镀工艺参数的关系,提出电镀工
艺对镀锌板表面粗糙度形成的影响机制,在此基础上对给定镀层厚度的电
镀工艺进行优化,同时放宽了来料的粗糙度要求,达到提高综合成材率的
目标。本课题实施提高了电镀锌机组质量控制能力,优化了上、下游工序
间的协同,对钢铁生产乃至流程性产品制造都有一定借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
Electro-galvanized steel widely used in automobiles, appliances, building materials
industry, especially in the car plays an important role, mainly for automotive body panels,
car and small stampings. Auto product characteristics and parts for auto production
technology of galvanized steel proposed with corrosion resistant, stamping, coating etc.
The quality of galvanized steel surface will directly influence on oil containing leaching of
stamping ability and the quality of paint and glossiness. With the automobile body
appearance quality, the user needs more strict paint effect of paint, has great influence on
the quality of plate surface roughness has also attracted great attention. Roughness is about
surface condition and morphology characteristics of parameter. The car factory for surface
roughness has clear and specific requirements and roughness is auto plate especially
electricity galvanized board production car is one of the most important control indexes.
