“ 据我所知，很多学校都是在8点后正式上课，如果学生在用完早餐后，马上进入学****状态，显然是一件得不偿失，不可取的事情。”杨剑博士说，由于用餐后血液进行重新分布，集中在消化器官，大脑相对缺血，使人觉得困倦难当，食物中所分解出的氨基酸等，在血液中浓度快速升高，也抑制了大脑的清醒程度。在如此状态下进行学****和工作，毫无疑问会增加大脑的负荷。因此他建议，学生们以后要早点起床，饭后休息半小时以上再进入学****状态。
早饭一般在哪里吃?
78%的孩子都在家里吃
绝大部分孩子很少光顾路边摊
有两个问题调查的是早饭的地点：“早饭一般在哪里吃”“一周几次光顾路边摊”。调查结果显示，有约78%的孩子们是在家里吃早饭。16%的孩子是在路上边走边吃或者在车上吃。还有极少部分孩子是到了学校以后趁下课间隙再吃。
早餐是否在路边摊上吃，是我们很关心的问题，因为众所周知，路边摊的早餐卫生状况堪忧。通过调查我们发现，孩子们吃路边摊的次数还是很少的，71%的孩子早餐从来不在路边摊吃。
