以 N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)-三乙烯四胺(TETA)-三乙醇胺(TEA)混合胺水
溶液吸收 CO 为研究对象, 在一定的温度和压力范围内,采用动态法实验测定了

不同 TEA 浓度的混合胺溶液的 CO2 吸收速率、CO2 吸收负荷和 CO2 的平衡分压。实
验结果表明低温、高 CO 分压、高 TEA 浓度有利于 CO 的吸收。

在简化的 MDEA-TETA-TEA-H2O 溶液吸收 CO2 机理的基础上,建立了 CO2 的平衡
溶解度模型以及导出的 CO 平衡分压方程,采用单纯形法确定了模型中的待定参

数,模型的预测值与实验值基本吻合。
基于测定的混合胺溶液吸收 CO 的速率,建立了混合胺溶液吸收 CO 的动

力学模型,模型的预测值与实验值吻合良好,模型可满足工业吸收脱碳装置的设
计及优化操作的需要。

Abstract
The CO2 absorbtion performance of the aqueous solutions mixed with
methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), etraamine (TETA) and triethanolamine (TEA) have
been studied, and the absorption rates, absorption loadings and CO2 equilibrium partial
pressures were measured by a dynamic absorption technique in a certain ranges of temperature,
CO2 partial pressure and TEA concentration. The results show that the low temperature, high
CO2 partial pressure and high TEA concentration are in favor of CO2 absorption.
A simplified gas-liquid equilibrium model for the CO2 MDEA-TETA-TEA- H2O system
are developed, and the parameters of equilibrium model are estimated by simplex method.
Predicted and experimental CO2 equilibrium solubility, CO2 equilibrium partial pressures are in
fair agreement.
