文档介绍：购买后包含有 CAD 图纸和说明书,咨询 Q401339828 摘要本设计的主要目的是:掌握一般机械产品设计的方法及规律;掌握横轴式截割部的设计步骤。本设计内容为履带式综掘机设计。在此,主要进行了掘进机的整体功能设计和掘进部的结构设计。在整体设计中,本设计主要对掘进机的装载系统、物料输送系统、行走系统、液压系统,以及机架和回转台等主要系统和部件进行功能设计,确定其主要的功能参数。本设计对掘进部进行了详细的设计、计算。本掘进机采用横轴式掘进部。在设计中, 主要对掘进部中的支撑架,掘进部的减速器等进行了详细的设计、计算;对掘进头进行了功能设计。本掘进部设计的主要特点是: (1)用三级齿轮传动加惰轮的方式增加了掘进部的长度,满足了掘进部的长度要求, 并且避免了最后一级齿轮因直径过大而和掘进头产生干涉。(2)第一级使用锥齿轮传动,满足了横轴式掘进部需要改变传动方向的要求。此外,本设计还对半煤岩掘进机的特点和发展概况进行了简单介绍,对掘进机拆运安装和调整,掘进机的井下组装以及掘进机的检修和维护保养作了简单介绍。关键词: 掘进机;截割部;减速器购买后包含有 CAD 图纸和说明书,咨询 Q401339828 ABSTRACT The main purposes for this design are as follows: toknow how to design adig ging machine ;to master the way to design the crossing axis digging part of the dig ging machine. The thing of this design isadig ging machine which is used to cut coal and movd by chain , this design mainly about the function of allof the parts of the machine and the structure of the digging part. In the design ofof the whole machine ,this article is main about the taking system ,the carring system ,the walking system ,the liquid system and the the machine structure and his article mainly talk about the structure of the digging part ,this digging part isa crossing axis digging this article ,the structure of the sustain shelf and the the speed reduc ing machinery are carefully characteristic of the digging part are as follows: (1) Three couple of gears are used in the speed reduc ing machinery to add the lengh of the digging part and because this way of design ,the intervention of the gear and the digging head can be avoid. (2) The cone gears are used in the first couple of the gears,it fulfil the need of the aspect changing of the digging part. Furthermore the article also talks about the digging machine ’s earmark and the history of the digging machine ,and this article also talks about the dismantl ing and fix ing of the machine,the checking and repair ing of the machine.
