healing time, adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, clinical
symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment, and study group was lower than control group, the
differences were statistically significant (P < ). Clinical effect of study group was better than that of control group,
the difference was statistically significant (P < ). Skin healing time of grade 域 and 芋 patients in study group were
shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < ). There was no significant
difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions and recurrence between two groups (P > ). Conclusion
Longgu Muli Powder combined with Kanghuier foam dressing in the treatment of IAD can improve clinical symptoms of
patients, enhance clinical efficacy, accelerate skin healing, with good safety.
