简单的体育训练：
向左转Turn left 向右转Turn right 向后转Turn around手部训练hands up/down腿部训练leg up/down/left/right 臀部训练 hips 叩 /down 跺脚 stamp feet 身体部位训练 shake hand/body/head
简易热身操：
T: Ok, now, let's do exercise. <Hokey pokey>

（幼儿跟着老师先进行说唱练****再合音乐一起做热身操）

Name:接力跑（relay race）（幅图 1）
Form： Walk
Prepare：。
椅子4张。
跑道4条。
Rule:
幼生先跟着教师做热身跑，跑时可时快时慢，注意节奏。
把4张椅子分别放在跑道的终点位置。
幼生持棒跑时一定要绕过终点的椅子才可以往回跑。
交接接力棒时，等待出发的幼生一定要拿到接力棒后才能跑出去。
跑的幼生需喊口号：(Run,run,I can run )等待的幼生需喊"xxx, come on "
T: Kids, Please run with me .

T: Ok look there are 4 chairs on the raceway. I need 4 teams to relay race. (Apple team/ banana team...)
You should run one by one and then around the chair and go back. Please remember you should receive the baton and then you can go. Are you ready ? Ready go!
