1. Will you take part in it? 你参加吗
“will+动词原形”表示一般将来时。（请同学们阅读教材 P126《一般将来时》）
2. The boys’ 800-meter race. (我眼参加)男子 800 米赛跑
数字+连字号（-）+可数名词单数（+描绘性形容词）,作定语；
数字+可数名词复数+描绘性形容词，作表语。如：
Tom is a seven-year-old boy. Tom is seven years old.
3. It’s my first time to take part in the long jump. 这是我第一次参加调高比赛。
形式主语 不定式的短语做真主语
It’s one’s first time to do sth. 某人第一次做某事。
4. I think I will have lots of fun. 我想我会玩得很高兴的。
have lots of fun=have a good/great/wonderful/nice time=enjoy oneself.
Have fun doing sth “做某事有趣” 如：
I always have fun practicing spoken English with my classmates. 和同学们练****英
语口语总能让我很开心。
5. I’m preparing for the long jump. 我正在为跳远做准备。
prepare for=get ready for “为……做准备” 如：
The students are preparing for the new school year. 同学们正在为新学期做准备。6. I won’t lose. 我不会失败的。
lose 表 示 失 败 、 输 。 lose the game/match/war 输 掉 比 赛 / 战 争 win the
game/match/war/prize 赢得比赛/战争/奖项 beat the team/club/sb 打败某队/俱乐部
