文档介绍:全套设计 CAD 图纸加Q 21135690 毕业设计说明书新型四行大蒜种植机总体设计学院: 专业: 学生姓名: 学号: 指导教师: 全套设计 CAD 图纸加Q 21135690 -1- 摘要本文主要介绍新型四行大蒜种植机的总体设计, 首先是说明了大蒜的经济价值,然后是我国大蒜种植的现状以及大蒜种植机需要解决的问题, 然后是课题方案的确定, 最终确定使用人工辅助定向的方式来实现大蒜的牙尖朝上的方案。排种盘采用转勺式排种盘, 定向装置采用人工辅助定向, 立直机构采用的是漏斗,入土机构采用的是鸭嘴。此外还包括开沟器、覆土器和***轮。种子经分级后倒入种箱,勺式的取种器将种子逐个取起, 到达取种角度后, 种子在重力作用下掉入定向装置, 定向装置采用人工辅助定向。种子到达定向装置尾部后再次由于重力作用掉入立直机构的漏斗中, 通过立直机构种子实现真正的牙尖朝上立直, 接下来种子进入鸭嘴实现入土。此大蒜种植机除定向需要人工辅助之外, 其他的机构完全自动化, 工作效率高, 立直率高, 从而使大蒜的产量得到提高, 实现了大蒜种植的机械化。关键词: 大蒜;新型;种植机;人工辅助;定向;机械化-2- Abstract This paper introduces the overall design of the new four lines of garlic planting machine.
