摘要:近年来,随着我国经济建设的发展和对外开放的不断扩大,需要投资建设一大批基础建设设施项目。从工程项目管理的角度出发,如何控制好每一个项目的工程造价,合理地使用建设资金,提高投资效益,一直是各级政府管理部门和各类项目建设主体所关注的热点问题,而建设项目施工阶段工程造价管理的主要工作是工程变更和索赔的管理以及工程的计量和工程价款的结算。对建设工程进行变更审计是控制工程造价的有效手段,在工程造价管理中有重要作用。本文首先对工程变更的概念及其产生原因进行了说明,然后列举了工程变更审计的主要内容,介绍了工程变更审计的流程,最后提出了加强工程变更审计,提高造价管理水平的措施。
