　　冯晓霞教授的《质量-幼儿园生命之本〈做一个专业的幼儿教师〉》的讲座，使我再一次认识了幼儿的发展规律、重新认识了什么是科学的幼儿发展观、专业化教师的的职责所在、怎样做专业化的幼儿教师。她从如何理解幼儿园教育质量入手，深刻分析了哪些因素是决定幼儿园教育质量的重要因素，其中师生关系、教师的态度与行为、学****活动安排是关键。学前儿童教育既要顺应儿童的自然发展规律,又要将儿童的发展纳入合乎社会要求的轨道,专业化的教师要了解儿童的兴趣和发展的需要,把握儿童发展的程序和规律。使我认识到自己以前的做法与幼儿发展规律的背离，之所以迎合家长是因为自己理论知识的缺乏，理论支持力量的不足。教师只有做到专业化才会令人信服，才会经受住外来力量的冲击，才会有坚持的力量，才会受到尊重。我将从现在做起，坚持尊重幼儿的原则，坚持以幼儿为本、以幼儿发展为本，不再偏离。
