结构：主要子句+ whether /if+子句
说明：此句型意为“•是否…”。口语中使用if较为普遍。如果子句中带有or not等词，则
只能用 whether ；另外， whether 不能引导否定的间接<疑问句 > ，而 if 则可以。

他问我价格是否太高。
They asked him whether the quality is fine or not.
