摘要目的:对老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者吉西他滨单药化疗联合三维适形放射治疗与单纯放疗患者进行对比研究,评价吉西他滨的疗效及安全性。方法:94例年龄大于65岁的非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组:单纯放疗组(A组)和单药吉西他滨化疗联合放疗组(B组)。放疗均采用三维适形放射治疗,B组在放疗同时应用吉西他滨1000mg/m2,第1,8,15天给药,28天为一周期。评价两组的近期疗效及毒副作用。结果:单纯放疗组与吉西他滨联合放疗组的有效率分别为40%%,有统计学差异(P<)。吉西他滨主要的毒副作用为血液学毒性和胃肠道反应,两组无统计学差异(P>)。结论:吉西他滨单药化疗联合三维适形放射治疗对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效显著,毒副作用可以耐受。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of bined with three-dimensional radiotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with local advanced non-small cell lung can
cer (NSCLC). Methods 94 patients with pathological proven NSCLC were randomized into two groups: Group A: radiotherapy group, Group B: bined with radiotherapy group. Gemicitabine 1000mg/m2 was administered on the first, eighth and fifteenth day. The local response and side effects of treatment were evaluated.
